Class Types
I teach a workshop style of class, breaking down the steps of progression, with the ability to adapt to those in attendance with small supportive class sizes.
General Yoga – A steady practice to build strength and mobility, balance and body awareness with options to suit the group
Mobility & Calm Yoga – A slower, gentler practice with floor-based and adaptive options suitable for every-body and those wanting a calmer pace
Yin/Restorative – Gentle longer-held postures, countering functional mobility movements, relaxation and nervous system support
Yoga Nidra / Relaxation
Guided rest practices to support stress reduction and deep relaxation
