Sessions are offered in a calm, private environment with a focus on long-term wellbeing
About me
My approach is shaped by both professional training and lived experience.
I have personally navigated lumbar, pelvic and sacral musculoskeletal rehabilitation, chronic pain management, breast cancer and reconstruction, and both caesarean and VBAC births, alongside trauma recovery. This experience informs a compassionate, realistic, and individualised approach to care.
I have been working as a yoga therapist since 2015, with extensive client experience and a six-month hospital-based internship across neurology, neurosurgery, and obstetrics and gynaecology.
I have extensive experience supporting individuals in both clinical and community settings, including hospital-based work, NDIS yoga therapy provision, and long-term work with Brisbane City Council programs.
I am registered with the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), the Australasian Association of Yoga Therapists (AAYT), and Yoga Australia (YA).
